Oscar Partay!

I won today @ Ryan and Megan's Oscar party! We were given ballots to mark off our Oscar picks and I've pocketed $50 absolutely undeserved bucks....so I'm reeling over that and the fact that Pan's Labyrinth won multiple honors and Eddie Murphy DID NOT! (oh and George Clooney was a presenter!!)

These artsy style loft walls offer little in buffering of those daily sound effects of "living" of our own and our neighbors.
But I have to admit during stressful times...when drifting off to sleep......or when I'm up late working on those long loooooooong stifling nights.....I'm instantly drawn to the sound of my neighbor's guitar practicing and singing.

I feel like the luckiest girl when he unknowingly keeps me company with his mini concerts. He's actually pretty damn good!
